Mon. 6 P.m.: Warren Municipal Building Closed For No Heat – Warren Tribune Chronicle

WARREN — The Warren Municipal Justice Center, municipal court and police department off Youngstown-Warren Road are without heat.

Warren officials said the building and the court will be closed until further notice and the heat is restored. There will be no access to the building.

Officials said jail arraignments will be conducted daily, but all other cases will be reset until further notice.

Court staff will notify people that have cases reset by mail or by phone.
